Users must ensure that the company credentials, authorization documents, copyright proof, and other related information uploaded to the Platform are true, legal, and valid. If any disputes arise due to false information provided by users, the Platform reserves the right to delete the related content immediately and, depending on the severity, suspend or terminate the user account. Users shall bear all legal responsibilities for disputes, litigation, or losses incurred, and the Platform assumes no joint or compensatory liability.

2. Intellectual Property Risks

Users are obliged to ensure that the content they upload to the Platform does not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, such as copyright, trademark rights, right of portrait, and right to privacy. If any intellectual property disputes arise due to users' actions, the Platform reserves the right to delete the related content immediately and, depending on the severity, suspend or terminate the user account. Users shall bear all legal responsibilities for disputes, litigation, or losses incurred, and the Platform assumes no joint or compensatory liability.

3. Transaction Risks

Any cooperation intentions or agreements reached by users through the Platform should be negotiated and formalized through written contracts by the users themselves. The Platform assumes no responsibility for the performance of transactions between users, contract disputes, capital security, or project quality, nor does it participate in the dispute resolution process arising from transactions between users.

4. Platform Policy Change Risks

The Platform reserves the right to modify platform rules, service content, etc. according to changes in laws and regulations, business development needs, or operational strategies. Such changes may affect users' rights and interests, and users should pay attention to platform announcements to stay informed of relevant changes. If users continue to use the Platform services after the policy changes, they are deemed to have accepted the new platform policies.

5. Information Security Risks

Users should properly safeguard their account information and passwords on the Platform to prevent information leakage. The Platform shall not be liable for risks such as account theft and information leakage caused by users' own reasons (such as improper password management or using the Platform in an insecure network environment).

III. Platform Disclaimer

1. Technical Disclaimer

The Platform shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses due to unforeseen circumstances such as network failures, hacker attacks, or system maintenance leading to information leakage, data loss, or service interruption. However, it will make efforts to restore the system.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Users shall bear the risks and responsibilities arising from accessing such links, and the Platform is not responsible for the legality or security of the linked content.

IV. Legal Application and Dispute Resolution

1. The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of this statement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

2. Any disputes arising from this statement or the use of Platform services should be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction of the Platform’s operator.
